Terms and Conditions By joining an 10pm Vegas.com you accept the following terms and conditions: Participation Restrictions To gain entrance into the clubs you must be 21 years of age and in possession of valid identification. Although door policies at individual venues may vary, usually only a non-expired license or passport are accepted. A dress code applies. Guys will not be allowed in if they are wearing sportswear, jerseys, tanks, baggy jeans, sandals, tennis shoes, and baseball caps. Girls dress code is not as strict but still avoid sneakers, sportswear, and baseball caps, but sandals are allowed with a backstrap. No backpacks, vapes, or marijuana. Not following dress code can cause you to be denied entry. No guns, knives or other weapons. No refunds will be given if you do not follow proper dress code or show up with valid identification and therefore are denied entry. Cancellation Policies If due to circumstances beyond our control, it proves necessary for us to cancel your event, a full and immediate refund will be issued or an alternative date offered. 10pm Vegas.com LLC cannot take responsibility if you do not use your purchase; there are no refunds for failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point or your chosen club at the agreed time. No cancellations. The customer can choose an alternative date up to a year from the event date originally scheduled. No refunds will be given to those who do not choose to reschedule their club crawl. Accountability- On 10pm Vegas.com tours alcohol is often consumed. All participants are responsible for their own safety and well being. 10pm Vegas.com does not encourage any clients to engage in dangerous activities or to drink excessively. Platinum Status Party Tours LLC does not accept any responsibility if the client drinks too much or engages in dangerous activities and suffers injury, illness, death, loss or damage as a result. Any person who is injured either prior, during, or after utilizing the services of 10pm Vegas.com LLC shall not hold 10pm Vegas.com LLC or any of its managers or employees responsible. 10pm Vegas.com LLC will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from injury to personal property or injury to a person. Client will be held financially responsible for hazmat cleanup in case vomiting or damage to transportation vehicle. Accessibility All packages offered are subject to blackout dates. Unless otherwise specified, packages are not available on New Year’s Eve or other certain holidays. Packages may incur supplemental charges on holidays. In a rare instance if a club is at maximum capacity and further admissions are not permitted due to health and safety requirements then a substitute club will be offered. Management at individual clubs reserve all rights. 10pm Vegas.com LLC is not held responsible if a client is denied entry or asked to leave the club by management due to their behavior or their intoxication level and no refunds will be given in this case. Contract- 10pm Vegas.com LLC is a fully licensed operation. Your contract with us is made under the terms and conditions detailed in this document and is subject to Nevada Law and jurisdiction. Clients booking by telephone or e-mail will be deemed to have read the booking conditions and have accepted them. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when 10pm Vegas.com LLC has received notice via email or phone of the booking. It is at this point that a contract between 10pm Vegas.com LLC and the client comes into existence. No term of this agreement may be amended, waived, or modified without a written agreement executed by both parties. It is agreed between all parties to this agreement that no disputes can exceed the amount originally paid to 10pm Vegas.com LLC.
