Not following dress code can cause you to be denied entry. No guns, knives or other weapons. In a rare instance if a club is at maximum capacity and further admissions are not permitted due to health and safety requirements then a substitute club will be offered. Contract- 10pm Vegas.com LLC is a fully licensed operation. Your contract with us is made under the terms and conditions detailed in this document and is subject to Nevada Law and jurisdiction. Clients booking by telephone or e-mail will be deemed to have read the booking conditions and have accepted them. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when 10pm Vegas.com LLC has received notice via email or phone of the booking. It is at this point that a contract between 10pm Vegas.com LLC and the client comes into existence. No term of this agreement may be amended, waived, or modified without a written agreement executed by both parties. It is agreed between all parties to this agreement that no disputes can exceed the amount originally paid to 10pm Vegas.com LLC.
